For different items, we will ship by different mail service, but there will always be a tracking number and tracking web for you to check.

For items such as wedding veils and bridal crinolines/petticoats, please email us for tracking number after 2 business days since your cleared payment.

For custom-cut items such as wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and mother dresses, we will email you the tracking number once items being shipped.
