Return Policy
DesireeDress offers the following Return Policy:
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us firstly when there is a problem with the dress you received and before sending it back to us. Any return without contacting us might be ignored by our staff. We only accept dresses in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Dresses need to be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day. The shipping cost of returning the package and related custom duty will not be covered by us, please return it via economic shipping method.
1. Quality Issues:
We are trying our best to make the dress perfect, If you are not satisfied with our dress materials (such as fabric, lace, beads, etc.) and workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours after you receive it. We promise to solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
2. Size Errors:
We make wedding dresses based on the measurements you provide. If we make it in wrong size, we will take the responsibility of modification. If you provide the wrong measurements, then unfortunately we can't accept any return. Of course we offer modification and re-production service, but it’s not free. Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements.
3. Color Errors:
If we make your dress in wrong color, you can get a 100% refund. Or you can ask us to re-make it. But if it is caused by your inaccurate instruction, we can't accept any return. So please choose the color carefully, that's very important.
Undoubtedly, after you place an order and before we start to make it, we will double check with you the size, color and related information. This will help us make a perfect dress for you.
Please Note:
Although we attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.

No right or remedy of Desireedress.com shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses.
No instance of waiver by Desireedress.com of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.
